Every injection moulded product follows the same broad journey: part design, mould design, mould manufacturing, trials and then production. Understanding this journey helps buyers plan realistic timelines and budgets.

It starts with the part. A mouldable part design — sensible wall thickness, draft and radii — saves enormous effort downstream. Design feedback at this stage is the cheapest engineering you will ever buy.

Mould design translates the part into tooling: the cavity layout, feed system, cooling and ejection. Mould manufacturing then brings that design to life through CNC machining, EDM and skilled fitting in the tool room.

Trials close the loop. First shots reveal how the part fills, cools and ejects, and the tool room makes the corrections that turn a new mould into a production tool. With moulding and tool room under one roof, this loop is short and practical.
