Step 1: Raw Material Selection and Feeding
The process begins with selecting the right grade of premium plastic granules (dana) based on the product’s required strength and durability. These granules are fed into the machine’s hopper to undergo pre-heating.


Step 2: High-Pressure Injection Melting
The material then moves into the heating barrel, where it is melted into a uniform liquid state. Once prepared, our high-pressure hydraulic system injects the molten plastic into the precision-engineered die-mould.


Step 3: Rapid Cooling and Automated Ejection
Inside the mould, internal cooling lines lower the temperature rapidly, solidifying the plastic within seconds. The mould then opens, and the perfectly shaped component is automatically ejected.
