Our EDM facility works hand-in-hand with our CNC machining center. Once the primary mold cavity is rough-milled on the CNC, it is transferred to our EDM for high-precision spark erosion of intricate ribs, sharp corners, and deep engraving.

This seamless integration ensures faster mold development turnaround times and immediate in-house mold maintenance/modifications for our injection molding clients.
